During this unique experience, you'll be guided into a state of deep relaxation as Molly weaves a tapestry of soothing sounds using her crystal singing bowls. The vibrations from these instruments create a gentle, immersive sound wave that envelops the entire space, offering a sensory journey for your mind, body, and spirit.

February 10th - Partners Thai Massage Workshop
 
 

Join us with a partner - any loved one or friend - to practice intentional touch with body movement, and intuitively deepen your connection.

In this 2-hour Thai Massage workshop, each partner will learn the art of giving and receiving a Thai massage, an ancient form of bodywork where the body is moved into different positions achieving a deep stretch.

Traditionally practiced on the floor, Thai massage promotes relaxation, increases range of motion, and helps the body to recover from an active lifestyle.

Collaborating and blending their skills as a massage therapist and Thai massage practitioner, our own teacher Megan Pocock and Lou from @wildness_healing will guide you through a safe bodywork practice while focusing on the importance of communication within the partnership. They are excited to be adding to the growth of the wellness community with this offering.
