Hello Session Friends and Family!

If you have set up an account with us before March 2020 or had a Mindbody profile with Ocean Mountain Yoga, there are a few steps you will need to take to ensure your new Session account is set up and gain access to any valid passes that were remaining on your account.

  1. Click here and you will be redirected to our Log In/Registration page.

  2. Click on the LOGIN / REGISTER button to sign in.

  3. Click on the Need new password? link. 

  4. Enter your email address. Then click Submit

  5. Go to your email inbox and open the password reset email.

  6. The email will include your username and a Create new password link. Click on the link.

  7. Enter a new password in both password fields. The password character limit is 15. 

  8. Return to our log in page and click the Sign In button. 

  9. Log in with your new login information.

  10. In Your Account, scroll down to the Communication Preferences section. Check the boxes to receive email and text messages based on the following categories:

    • Account Management: Update notification regarding your contracts or autopays. This is imperative to receive your waitlist notifications!

    • Schedule Updates: Notification regarding services you booked ie: Schedule changes

    • Newsletters and Promotions: News and special promotions from us. 

  11. Text the word “START” to 1 (778) 770-5347 to be certain your text messages are set up. You will not receive a message back if you are already set up. To double check, you can text STOP, to which you should receive a message, and then START again to set it back up.

  12. You are all set!

*Please Note: some users have multiple accounts with different emails. If you do not see your passes or memberships when you log in please try another email or reach out to us to look into it. If you had previously used your email on multiple accounts to sign up a friend or partner, MindBody will instruct you to get in touch with us and we will need to update the other persons account with a new email before you can proceed.

If you have previously used the Mindbody App, you will need to perform a Sync to refresh the app with your new Session profile. Please watch the video below to see how to perform an app sync.

To cancel a class in the MindBody App, go to “My Schedule” or “Profile” and select “Cancel” beside the class you want to cancel. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will incur a charge.

Don’t forget to hit “Cancel Booking” at the end to confirm!

To cancel a class through the web browser, head to www.sessioncr.com/spin to log in.

Once logged in, go to "Schedule" to see the list of classes you are booked in for and select "cancel" to the right of the class. If it is less than 12 hours before class there will be a charge incurred and you will need to confirm as your final step.
