At Session, we believe fitness should be a fun and engaging experience. Come break the mold, lose yourself in the music, spin under the light of the disco ball, and have an incredible workout in a motivating environment.

We aim to ensure that everyone is able to attend classes, no matter their experience level. All classes cover beginner’s direction, and our certified instructors are here to encourage you and ensure you have an amazing time. The beauty of spin is that each rider is in control of their own ride, so you can get whatever you want out of your time with us. We offer a variety of musically-driven classes, to accommodate riders of all levels and interests.

FIND YOUR RIDE

Power Ride is a traditional indoor cycling class suitable for any level, especially fitting for road bikers or those just not into "dancing on your bike." These classes include hill climbs, sprinting, races, interval training and more, focusing on metrics such as RPM, power/watts and distance while listening to music to help power you up. 

Rhythm Ride is a music-focused and rhythm-driven indoor cycling class for all levels. In addition to the traditional hill climbs, sprints, races, and more, Rhythm Rides incorporate choreography to the beat of the music. You'll leave feeling like you've spent an hour on the dance floor!

Express Rides + Arms is a 35-minute Ride, either Rhythm or Power, so you can get your sweat on and get off to work, with an option to stay for a cool down and another 10 minutes of upper body strength work!
