We believe that life and fitness are all about balance. While the last two years have slowed things down, we continue to look for ways to expand and innovate when it comes to our offerings.

With the opening of our Studio location, you now have the opportunity to diversify your routine and bring even more balance to your health and fitness goals.

 
 

CLASS Styles

 

Strength circuit

Strength Circuit offers a comprehensive workout that targets your entire body while emphasizing functional movements. You'll develop functional strength, enhance balance, and refine your coordination through a diverse range of exercises that blend slower-paced strength movements with heart-pumping bodyweight exercises.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, our instructor Paige will provide modifications and personalized guidance to ensure the class accommodates all fitness levels. Her expertise as a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer makes her the perfect coach to help you achieve your personal goals effectively.

Sculpt Circuit

Ready to kick your fitness game up a notch? Well, we've got something exciting for you: Sculpt Circuit, the thrilling evolution of our beloved Sculpt class.

Sculpt Circuit takes all the awesome full-body strengthening exercises you love from Sculpt and adds a fresh, non-musically sequenced, circuit-style twist. We're talking about building functional strength, boosting balance, and amping up your coordination, all while having an absolute blast. 

STRENGTH TRAINING

Unleash your strength in our "Strength Training" class, a purposeful and focused workout designed to elevate your fitness journey. Embrace deliberate, slow, and controlled movements, emphasizing reps over time.

Engage in purposeful exercises using various props and dumbbells to sculpt your body with precision. This class is tailored for all fitness levels, ensuring a challenging yet accessible experience.

Join Strength Training for a transformative session where intentional movements take centre stage, allowing you to refine your form and technique.

45 Min HIIT

Dive into our 45-minute HIIT class – a dynamic fusion of intensity and efficiency. Feel the power of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), meticulously crafted for impactful results in a shorter timeframe.

Whether you're just getting started on your fitness journey or a seasoned member looking to add some intensity to your routine, this class welcomes all without compromising the challenge. Join us and make every minute count!

 
 

Barre

A 50-minute, music-focused, whole-body workout inspired by dance, Pilates, yoga and strength training accessible for all skill levels - no dance training necessary! Improve posture, balance, strength, and flexibility while working muscles you didn't even know you had. This class utilizes the whole studio space, a dance barre, and minor equipment for a unique workout experience. 

Pilates 

A 50-minute full-body exercise class that improves flexibility, strength, and body awareness through controlled movements that promote core activation. You can expect to engage in exercises such as toe taps, leg extensions, and abdominal curls, leaving you feeling lengthened, energized, and open. All bodies and skill levels are welcome in this accessible group fitness class. 


YOGA CLASSES

 

Gentle

A slower, more gentle yoga practice that combines postures with conscious breathing and focus. A balanced yoga to develop strength, flexibility and mental clarity. Perfect for those just beginning yoga and looking to build up strength to join our other classes, or those who prefer a slow and steady practice.


Flow

A mindful, steady class where the poses are synchronized with the breath in a continuous rhythmic flow. This is a full body, challenging, yet accessible class with a focus on building strength and flexibility. 


Slow Flow

Slow Flow classes to help you find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class. Slow Flow classes are a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga, with fewer transitions than Vinyasa yoga and more flow than Hatha yoga. We also incorporate a little more music volume with our Slow Flow to bring more energy to our practice.


Yin

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that focuses on stretching and stimulating the deep connective tissues of the body. In this practice, poses are held for several minutes at a time, allowing time for the body to fully relax and release tension.

Unlike more active forms of yoga, Yin Yoga emphasizes stillness and introspection, making it a great complement to more dynamic and energetic practices. This class is suitable for all levels and can be particularly beneficial for those looking to improve flexibility, reduce stress and anxiety, and cultivate mindfulness and inner awareness.


Hatha

A traditional style yoga that combines postures with conscious breathing and focus. A balanced yoga to develop strength, flexibility and mental clarity


Restorative

A very gentle type of yoga using props such as bolsters, pillows or mats to support the body. It is therapeutic and meditative which fosters a deep sense of relaxation to allow the body to rest, restore and heal.

Little-ones friendly

A great space to come and get some fitness and stretching in with your little one.

*Little-Ones Friendly classes are currently on hiatus but email us at admin@sessioncr.com if you’d like to be kept in the loop for upcoming offerings


We do have yoga mats available and you should feel welcome to bring anything to make you and baby more comfortable, as well as a carrier for baby if you would like to wear them.

We invite all little ones up to and including 2 years old to join us. We do have a Pack N' Play and gated baby area available for the more mobile babies.
